Where Bloggers Create 2012

I don't know what to say, since among all of the participants, maybe I'm the only one who doesn't have a real 'studio' to create the jewelries.. ;)

I started making jewelries around June 2011. Up to May 2012, I worked on the floor, at my family's living room... And yes, it's messy to the max.. :)

After almost a year sitting on the floor working, I kinda feel pain in my back.. so I decided to move to a big desk that used to be my son's study desk. Lucky me, the desk can be opened and widened up to around 2 m long ..
The left side is my son's study area, and the right side is my 'working station' ;)

And here are the details of my stuffs...

And what the 'supplies' become....

That's it... ;)

Thanks to Karen Valentine  as the host of this Party, for letting me participate ;)
And I'm sure you're all curious of how the others' places look like. Here's the list of all participants... Take the tour... Now :)

Ternyata dirimu nge-floor juga Sist =) Soalnya aku sampai sekarang juga masih nge-floor ala Jepang gitu. Pakai meja tapi no kursi.
Keep your spirit of creativity ok *fighting*

  6. Oh my goodness...my back would ache if I tried to do what I do on the floor! I am so happy for you, thrilled in fact, to see that you're working on a table surface! Every artist needs to keep busy with their hands and create....and I think it's cool that you can share your space with your son....it makes for some interesting conversations, I'm sure!

    thanks for sharing

  7. I totally understand trying to make room for
your craft space. Bet your poor back is so
    happy these days!
Your jewelry is rather nice and being one
that does not wear a lot of jewelry I do
see several pieces I would wear.
    Very nice!

    1. wkwkwk... angry bird itu punya si Kiko.. biasa.. lapar mata klo ke mall, bujuk2in neneknya minta beliin... abis dimaenin sehari, dah dilempar2 kemana2 deh ma dia... daripada ga jelas juntrungannya, mending diongkrongin di atas stand kalung... wkwkk...

and rantang catering is actually my mom's idea... dia pusing liat barang2 gw bertebaran dimana2 tanpa tempat yg jelas... kebetulan punya rantang ga kepake 3 biji, dihibahkan-lah padaku... sisanya, minta sama tante yg abis selametan bagi2 berkat... wkwkwkw....

  13. Congrats on the table rather than the floor! That must be so much better for your back! Love your creations - very talented.
hope you get a second to hop on by my room!

  14. I don't think you need a real "studio"...my "studio" is the dining room, which makes an interesting backdrop at Thanksgiving, LOL. Great job on getting the table, though. I'm sure it helps to keep things a little more contained. Thanks for the tour!

  15. I think you've done a great job carving out a space for yourself! I've visited other posts where not everyone has an actual room. I shared my small table space in our garage at our old house the last two years. It was only when we moved this past Fall that I took over what was a storage room for my craft/sewing room. You've certainly got all your supplies neatly organized, which always helps. Just having a place to make our things is happiness ~ whether it's at a table or in a room. Thanks for sharing!

  16. Look at all those fun things to play with! And I bet that table feels alot better! Been there - done that, and you pay for it later! Love your organization too!

  17. Your work station/ creative space is just great!! When I started creating 30 years ago...I was using a card table in the corner of our little living room. I have had my space in every room in this house, including a closet. Your jewelry designs are wonderful....I wish I was as organized as you are. Thank you for sharing your story. Best Wishes, Bobbie

  20. Whatever works! I remember when I use to sew at the kitchen table and all my supply's were in a box tucked under the same table. You obviously love what you so. Thanks for sharing your work space.

  25. Your jewelry is awesome..... your space is great - the most important thing is that you are able to create.... Will be back to see more of your creations... I made jewelry too - but have put it on the back burner for awhile!

    Take care,

  27. Hi Yunikua! Thank you so much for joining the party this year! Your jewelry is stunning! I think you found a wonderful solution to your problem. I bet you back is much better now!!! I agree with Angela, any space can be your "studio" as long as create lovely things and feel the joy of doing so. :)
